🛍️ Merchandise Returns
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized products, sale items, and consumables are not eligible.
- Process:
- Email us at info@wingatebowls.co.za with your order details.
- Return the item to the club at your own cost.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
🎟️ Event Tickets & Bookings
- Cancellations by You:
- Full refund if cancelled 72 hours before the event.
- Partial refunds within 72 hours are at the club’s discretion.
- Cancellations by Us: Full refund or transfer option if the club cancels or reschedules.
